Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Products

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Include all original accessories and documentation

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened and used
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Finland and complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
